Trying to get termite treatment as I had before from Ben’s for two specific spots. Asked to get treatment on the day of appointment since they treated the area before. They sent someone to inspect not treat and I was told he would call me back that afternoon. He never called. Then I was notified that there is a new law that says you have to sign a contract and wait a period of time several days before treatment. according to Google that law doesn’t exist. When I returned the contract signed and saying that I was irritated that I never got a call back or do not see a law that states a waiting period they sent me No explanation or anything just a “not able to provide services email”. They considered my being irritated as being disrespectful seemingly. So after waiting weeks to get the treatment as I had before I have to find another company..
Still irritated…. Respectfully so
