Hello and welcome to the Ben’s Pest Control Florida podcast. I’m Mike Stewart, your host and I’m here with pest expert, Ben Sell and he is the expert for pest control and exterminating and Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, and Palm City, Florida. Ben, are you here on the call?

Well, I’m glad to start your podcast with you here today. And if we’re doing this as a community for all the folks in your market area of Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, and Palm City, and we’re going to be talking about just an overview, what are your specialties? What are the things that bans Pest Control does? That is completely different from your competitors. What’s unique about you, tell us a little bit about yourself.
Ben Sell
Well, at Ben’s Pest Control, we specialize obviously, in pest control, we specialize in termites, we also take care of mosquitoes, rodents. And one of the things that I feel sets us apart is we are driven to make sure that the the customers are taken care of and we offer the best guarantee in the business in our area. And we are just completely committed to our customers.
Michael Stewart
Well, you know, being committed to your customers is what sets people apart. You know, when you go the extra mile, and you take care of the problems that people have. They’re going to refer you and they’re going to come back to you. So tell me a few more things that’s unique about you or the people that work with you and your business. Tell me some I think you told me that your daughter It’s a family business and your daughter works with you tell me a little bit more about that.
Ben Sell
Well, my family is all involved in my my business here. My daughter Hannah answers our phones. My wife, Christine, she helps with the billing and paperwork behind the scenes. My son, James has recently gotten involved with going out and seeing customers and actually he graduates from high school next year and he is hoping to become an integral part of the business and be focused on helping our customers solve their pest problems. We are local, and we’ve been I’ve been in the industry for 25 years and and done work all over the state. So we have a lot of experience. And the other the other person in our company Austin is actually engaged to my daughter and he’s going to be a member of our family here next year.
